XmlTvCompiler
Introduction
Inleiding
XmlTvCompiler is a set of programs to retrieve multiple sources of
XMLTV
data and merge those into a single output file. This output file can be
used in various HTPC/PVR environments, such as
GB-PVR,
MediaPortal
and
MythTV.
XmlTvCompiler is een verzameling van programma's om meerdere
XMLTV-gegevensbronnen
op te vragen en te combineren tot een enkel uitvoerbestand.
Dit bestand kan vervolgens gebruikt worden in allerlei HTPC/PVR toepassingen,
zoals GB-PVR,
MediaPortal
of
MythTV.

XmlTvCompiler consists of two programs:
XmlTvCompiler bestaat uit twee programma's:
- XmlTvSourceConfig

A Windows program that allows selecting XmlTV sources, and for each source, choosing the desired TV channels.Een Windows-programma om XMLTV gegevensbronnen mee te kiezen. Voor elke bron kunnen daarna de gewenste tv-kanalen aangegeven worden. - XmlTvCompiler

A program (DOS application) that needs to be run once a day as a scheduled task. The program iterates through the sources selected in XmlTvSourceConfig and writes the TV program details of the channels selected in XmlTvSourceConfig, to the output file.Een programma (DOS-toepassing) dat eenmaal per dag als geplande taak moet worden uitgevoerd door de computer. De toepassing zal de bronnen een voor een afgaan en de tv-programmagegevens ophalen. De programmagegevens voor de gewenste kanalen worden daarbij naar het uitvoerbestand geschreven.
